At SkoraGlow, we are committed to providing high-quality customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policy.

1. Returns

The SkoraGlow returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be in the same condition as received: unused and in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@skoraglow.com. Please note that we do not provide return labels.

Products returned without prior approval or after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

2. Damaged Products or Order Errors

Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We are committed to assessing the issue and will make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for products purchased on our website. If you wish to order a different product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the unsuitable product (see Section 1).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If approved, the refund amount will be automatically processed back to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note that processing times for refunds by banks or other payment institutions may take several days, which is beyond our control.
